மனித சரித்திரத்தில்,மனிதாபிமானத்திற்கு எதிரான குற்றங்கள் அல்லது இனப் படு கொலைகள் எவை எவை என்று பார்க்கும் பொழுது,மாயன் நாகரிகமும் சிந்து வெளி நாகரிகமும் எம் கண் முன் வருகின்றன.கி.மு. 3000 ஆண்டுகளில் நாகரிகம் அடைந்து பின்னர் கி.பி. 300 ஆண்டுகளில் இருந்து, 700 ஆண்டுகள் வரை மிக செழிப்பாக வாழ்ந்த மாயன் நாகரிகத்தை படைத்த மாயன் மக்களை ஸ்பெயின் நாடு [Spanish] பீரங்கிகளை கொண்டு தாக்கி 'யுகடான்" (Yucatan) மாநிலத்தை கைப்பற்றயது .அத்துடன் நிறுத்தி விடவில்லை. 'ஒரு இனத்தை அழிக்க வேண்டும் என்றால் அவர்களின் மொழியை அழிக்க வேண்டும்' என்பார்கள். அது போல, 'ஒரு மொழியை அழிக்க வேண்டும் என்றால் அவர்களின் நூல்களை அழிக்க வேண்டும்'. வரலாற்றில் இது பல இடங்களில் நடைபெற்றிருக்கிறது. 1981 ஆம் ஆண்டு மே 31 ஆம் திகதி நள்ளிரவுக்கு பின்னர் சிங்கள இன வன்முறைக் குழுவொன்றால் யாழ்ப்பாணம் பொது நூலகம் எரிக்கப்பட்டது குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது. இது 20ம் நூற்றாண்டின் இன, நூலழிப்புகளில் ஒரு மிகப்பெரும் வன்முறையாகக் கருதப்படுகிறது!.இவ்வழிப்பு நேர்ந்த காலகட்டத்தில் யாழ்ப்பாணப் பொது நூலகம் கிட்டத்தட்ட 97,000 அரிய நூல்களுடன் தென்கிழக்காசியாவிலேயே மிகப்பெரிய நூலகமாகத் திகழ்ந்தது.யாழ் நூலகம் 1933 ஆம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து கட்டியெழுப்பப்பட்டு வந்துள்ளது. யாழ்ப்பாணத்தின் பல இடங்களிலும் தனிப்பட்டவர்களிடம் இருந்து வந்த பல நூல்கள், குறிப்பாக நூற்றாண்டுகள் பழமையான ஓலைச்சுவடிகள், 1800களில் யாழ்ப்பாணத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட பல பத்திரிகைகளின் மூலப் பிரதிகள் போன்றவை இந்நூல்நிலையத்தில் வைக்கப்பட்டிருந்தன. நூலகம் எரியும் செய்தியை கேட்டு சென் பற்றிக்ஸ் ஆசிரியரும் புலவருமான சங். பித கலாநிதி டேவிட்  மனவதிர்ச்சியில் தம் உயிரை நீத்தார் என்பதும் குறிப் பிடத்தக்கது .இப்படி ஒன்றையே மாயாக்களுக்கு உதவி செய்யும் அழிவு முதலியவற்றினின்று மீட்பவர்[இரட்சகர் ] போல வந்து சேர்ந்த ஸ்பானிய கிருஸ்தவ மதகுரு டியாகோ டி லாண்டாவும் (Diego de Landa) செய்தார்!

இச்சின்னஞ்சிறிய இலங்கை தீவு 1958,1977,1981 ஆம் ஆண்டுகளில் இனக் கலவரங்களைக் கண்டு மனிதவளம், பொருளாதாரவளம் என்றெல்லாம் மிகவும் பாதிக்கப்பட்டது.ஆனால், இவற்றிற்கெல்லாம் சிகரம் வைத்தாற்போல 1983 ஆம் ஆண்டு ஜூலை கலவரம் அமைந்தது. அதனால்தான் 1983 ஜூலை மாதம் "கறுப்பு ஜூலை' என்று இன்னும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது.அரச படையினரும் சிங்கள வன்முறைக் கும்பலும் தமிழ் மக்கள் மீது காட்டு மிராண்டித்தனமாக தாக்கினர்.இது 34  ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முன்பு,ஜூலை 24  தொடக்கம் ஜூலை 30, 1983 வரை அரசின் ஆதரவுடன் அரங்கேறியது. இந்த இனச்சுத்திகரிப்பு நடவடிக்கையில் 3000 தமிழர் படுகொலை செய்யப்பட்டு முப்பது கோடி டாலர்கள் பெறுமதியான அசையும் மற்றும் அசையா சொத்துக்கள் சூறையாடப்பட்டது. பல இலட்சம் தமிழர் கொழும்பில் இருந்து யாழ்ப்பாணத்திற்குப் பாதுகாப்புக்காக சென்றனர். எப்படியாயினும்,இன்று குறைந்தது 40 ,000 மக்களை காவுகொண்ட  2009 மே யுத்தம்,ஜூலை 1983 யையும் மீறி விட்டது.கருப்பினத்தினர் பெப்ரவரி மாதத்தைக் கருப்பு மாதமாக அனுஷ்டிக்கின்றார்கள்.அதைப் போலவே மே மாதம் தமிழரின் சோகம் நிறைந்த கருப்பு மாதமாக உலக வரலாற்றில் இன்று பதிவாகி விட்டது எனலாம்? 

இனப்படுகொளையாளிகள் என்றதும் ஹிட்லர் மற்றும் முசோலினியின் உருவங்கள்  உடனடியாக நம் நினைவுக்கு வருகிறது .ஏன் என்றால் லட்சக்கணக்கானவர்களின் மரணத்துக்கு அவர்கள் நேரடிக் காரணம் என்பதால். ஆனால், இவர்களைக் காட்டிலும் குரூரமான பலரை வரலாறு கண்டிருக்கிறது. அப்படி ஒருவரே ஸ்பானிய மதகுரு, டியாகோ டி லாண்டா ஆவார். 

வானியல், அறிவியல், கணிதவியல், விவசாயம் என மாயன் பல ஆயிரம் ஆண்டுகள் ஆராய்ச்சி செய்து அனைத்தையும் புத்தகங்களாக எழுதி வைத்திருந்தனர் மாயாக்கள். எழுதி வைத்திருந்த ஆயிரக்கணக்கான நூல்களை, ஸ்பானிய இராணுவத்தின் உதவியுடன் மொத்தமாகத் தீயில் போட்டுக் கொளுத்தினார் லாண்டா.இவரால் அழிக்கப்பட்ட நூல்கள் அனைத்தும், விலை மதிப்பற்ற ,மீண்டும் பெறமுடியாத களஞ்சியமாகும் . அவை எல்லாம் இன்று எமக்குக் கிடைத்திருக்கும் என்றால், உலகின் பல இரகசியங்களுக்கும், ஆச்சரியங்களுக்கும்  விடை கிடைத்திருக்கலாம் அல்லவா ? .

இது போலவே இந்து சம வெளி மக்களையும் அவர்களது நாகரிகத்தையும் இந்தியாவிற்குள் 1700 கி மு வந்த ஆரிய இனம் அழித்து துரத்தியது .ஆடு மாடு மேய்த்து வந்த நாடோடி கூட்டமாகிய ஆரியர்கள் இங்கே வாழ்ந்த திராவிடர்களுடன் போரிட்டு திராவிடர்களை அடிமையாக்கினர்.தங்களுடன் போர் தொடுத்த திராவிடர்களை திட்டி ,கேவலபடுத்தி ,பழித்து தங்கள் வேதங்களில் எழுதி வைத்தனர் என "ரோமேஷ் மஜும்தார்" தமது  "பூர்வீக இந்திய சரித்திரமும் நாகரிகமும்" என்ற புத்தாகத்தில்  22 ஆம் பக்கத்தில்  கூறுகிறார் .மேலும் ஆரியர் அல்லாதவர்களை ரிக் வேதத்தில் தாசர்கள் எனவும் தஸ்யுக்கள் , அசுரர்கள் எனவும் குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளன என Dr. ராதாகுமுத முகர்ஜி Phd "இந்து நாகரீகம்" பக்கம் 69 இல் குறிப்பிடுகிறார். இதற்கு ஒரு  மாதிரி எடுத்துக்காட்டாக ஒரு பாடலை கிழே தருகிறோம் .

"இந்திரா! ஆந்தையைப்போலும், ஆந்தைக் குஞ்சைப் போலும் உள்ள தஸ்யூக்களைக் [தமிழர்களை] கொல்லவும். நாயைப் போலும் கழுகைப்போலும் உள்ள தஸ்யூக்களைக் (தமிழர்களை) நசுக்கி ஒழிக்கவும்."

மேலும் இதில் ஒருவர் கவனிக்க வேண்டியது என்ன வென்றால் ,மாயனும் இந்து சம வெளி  மக்களும் தமிழர்களின் மூதாதையர் அல்லது அவர்களுடன் தொடர் உடையவர்கள் என அறிஞர்கள் இப்ப சான்றுகளுடன் கூறுவது .ஆகவே இந்த இரு முதன்மை இனப்படு கொலைகளை தாண்டித்தான் நாம் இப்ப வாழ்ந்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறோம் .அது மட்டும் அல்ல இக் கொலைகளை /அழிவுகளை புரிந்தோர் இருவரும் ஒரே  இந்தோ -ஐரோப்பிய மொழிக் குடும்பத்தினர் என்பதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.இந்த மொழி குடும்பத்திற்குள் உள்ள  இந்திய-ஈரானிய மொழி குடும்பத்தில் தான் பல வட இந்தியா மொழிகளும் சிங்கள மொழியும் உள்ளன என்பதும் கவனிக்கதக்கது.

மேலும் ஒரு கடைசி உதாரணமாக எமது பார்வையை மகாபாரதம் அல்லது விஸ்ணு புராணம் பக்கம் திருப்புவோம். விஷ்ணுவின் ஆறாவது அவதாரம் என கருதப்படும் பரசுராமரை இங்கு சந்திக்கிறோம். பரசு என்றால் கோடாலி என்று பொருள்.இவர் ஜமதக்னி முனிவரின் மகன் ஆவார்.

ஒரு முறை கார்த்தவீரியன் என்றோர் அரசன்[சத்திரியன் /க்ஷத்ரியர் ]

ஜமதக்கினி முனிவரின் காமதேனு பசுவை கடத்தி சென்றுவிட்டான் ,இதை அறிந்த பரசுராமர் அவனைக் கொன்று பசுவை மீட்டார்.ஆத்திரம் அடைந்த கார்த்தவீரியனின் புதல்வர்கள் ஆசிரமத்திற்கு வந்தார்கள் .அங்கு பரசுராமர் இல்லாததால் ,அவனின் தந்தை ஜமதக்னி முனிவரின் தலையை பலிக்கு பலி வெட்டினர் .தாயின் அலறலைக் கேட்டு பரசுராமர் ஓடோடி வந்தார். நடந்ததை அறிந்தார்.அப்பொழுதே இந்தக் க்ஷத்திரியப் பூண்டை அடியோடு அழிப்பேன் என்ற சபதம் எடுத்தார் பரசுராமர் .அரச குமாரர்களின் தலைகளை அறுத்து மலைகளாகக் குவித்தார். இரத்த ஆறு ஓடியது. குரு÷க்ஷத்திரத்தில் இருந்த குளங்களில் தண்ணீருக்குப் பதிலாக இரத்தம் நிரம்பி வழிந்தது.இதை அடுத்து கொடிய கொலைக்காரனாக மாறி பூமியில் உள்ள க்ஷத்திரிய வம்சம் இல்லாமல்  போகும்படி இருபத் தொரு திக்விஜயம் செய்து,இருபத் தொரு தலை முறையை  வேரறுத்தார் என கூறுகிறது.இவர் தனிமனிதனாக அழித்த அரச வம்சத்தின் எண்ணிக்கை செங்கிஸ்கான்[mongolian king genghis khan], ஹிட்லர்[Adolf Hitler], ஸ்டாலின்[Joseph Stalin], முசோலினி[Benito Amilcare Andrea Mussolini], மாசேதுங்[Mao Zedong ] இவர்கள் எல்லாம் சேர்ந்து செய்த கொலைகளை விட மிக மிக அதிகம். சத்திரியர் குலத்தை அழித்ததினால் பிராமணர்கள் இவரை கடவுளின் அவதாரமாக்கி விட்டனர் போலும். 

என்றாலும் க்ஷத்திரிய வம்சம் பூண்டோடு போன பின்பும் அந்த வம்சத்தை தழைக்கச் செய்தான் மூலகன்.சூர்ய குலத்தில் பிறந்தவன் இந்த அரசன்.இராமாயண ராமன் இவனது எட்டாவது தலை முறையாகும்.பெண்கள் பலர் மூலகனைச் சூழ்ந்து நின்று கொண்டு பரசுராமர் கண்ணில் படாதவாறு காப்பாற்றினார்கள்.அதனால் அவனை நாரிவசன் என்றும் அழைப்பர்.இப்படித் தான் க்ஷத்திரய வம்சம் மீண்டும் தழைக்க ஆரம்பித்தது.

ஆகவே பொதுவாக விவேகமும் வீரமும் ஆற்றலும் கொண்ட ஒரு இனத்தை முழுமையாக தடை செய்யவோ அழிக்கவோ முடியாது என்பது கண்கூடு எப்படி என்றாலும் ஒரு இனப்படு கொலை நடைபெறும் போது  ஒரு தற்காலிக பின்னடைவு நிகழ்கிறது.அதனால் தான் பொதுவாக எல்லோரும் அறிய விரும்புவது :

*உண்மையில் என்ன நடந்தது ?

*இது ஏன் நடந்தது ?

*இதற்கு யார்  பொறுப்பு ?

*இந்த அட்டூழியத்திற்கு யார் யார் உடந்தையாக  பின் புறத்தில்  இருந்தவர்கள் ?

*நாம் யாரை குற்றம் சுமத்த வேண்டும் ?

இதனால் தான் 2000 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு முற்பட்ட வள்ளுவரும் ,தனது திருக்குறள் 548 இல்:

 "எண்பதத்தான் ஓரா முரறசெய்யா மன்னவன்

  தண்பதத்தான் தானே கெடும்."  

என்று கூறுகிறார். அதாவது,நீதி தேடி வருவார்க்கு எளிய காட்சியாளனாய், நீதி தேடுவார் சொல்வதைப் பலவகை நூலாரோடும், ஆராய்ந்து நீதி வழங்காத ஆட்சியாளன். பாவமும் பலியும் எய்தித் தானே அழிவான் என்கிறார். 

இப்படியான கேள்விகளுக்கான உண்மையான, ஆக்கபூர்வமான, பக்க சார்பு அற்ற, பதில்களையே இவர்கள் எதிர்பார்க்கிறார்கள் !ஆகவே இந்த நேர்மையான கோரிக்கைகள் சிக்கலான  ஒன்று அல்ல. மிக மிக இலகுவான ஒன்றே !!

*"உண்மைகளை வெளிபடுத்துவது "

*"நேரடியாகவோ மறைமுகமாவோ இதில் ஈடு பட்டவர்களை  அல்லது குழுக்களை பகிரங்கமாக தண்டிப்பது"

*"இதை ஒரு பாடமாக மற்றவர்களுக்கும் உணர்த்துவது " 

அப்படி என்றால் இவை மேலும் தொடராமல் தடுக்கலாம் .அடுத்த பரம்பரைக்கும் இந்து சம வெளி  ,மாயன் ,........................?.போல் தொடராமல் இருக்க .அது மட்டும் அல்ல பரசுராமர் போல் பரம்பரை பரம்பரையாக அழிப்பதை நேரத்துடன் தடுக்கலாம் என்பதாலும் .இன்னும் ஒரு மூலகன் வரும்வரை இருபத்தி ஒரு தலை முறைக்கு காத்திருக்க தேவை இல்லை என்பதாலும் ஆகும் .

"வாருங்கள், வந்து கை கொடுங்கள்- இமைகள் மூடி பல நாளாச்சு  

மூடுங்கள், மூடி கண்ணை கட்டுங்கள்- வரிசையாய் வருங்கள் பல  சடலங்கள்      

தாருங்கள் தீர்வை,தந்து கவலை தீருங்கள்- கேள்விகள் கேட்டு என்னை வதைக்கின்றன

நாக்கை அறுத்தனன் நாதி யற்றவன்- நங்கை இவள் உண்மை உரைத்ததால்     

முலையை சீவினான் கொடூர படையோன்- வஞ்சி இவள் காமம் சுரக்காததால் 

கண்களுக்குள் புதையாத இவர்களை தருகிறேன்- அப்பாவிகளை ஒன்று  ஒன்றாய் புதைக்க 

வரிசையில் வரிந்து வருகினம் இருபதாயிரம்- இடையில் சின்னஞ் சிறுசு ஐயாயிரம் 

முழங்கினர்,கதறி கண் முன் வந்தனர்- விசாரணை எடு-உண்மையை நிறுத்து 

கூடுங்கள்,ஒன்றாய் உண்மையை உரையுங்கள்- படு கொலையை எதிர்த்த சடலம்  கேட்கிறது"

When we think about Crimes against humanity or genocide,in our past or ancient history ,Both Mayan civilization and Indus valley civilization comes into our minds.The Mayan Civilisation  thrived during 3000 BC & It reached improbable heights between 300 AD to 700 AD.The Spanish conquered  Yucatan (1526-46) of Mayans with their guns. If you want to destroy a racial group ,destroy their language.Similarly If you want to destroy the their language,destroy their books It is a indirect form of Genocide!! This is what Spanish done to mayans.This cruelty was done by Spanish Bishop  "Diego de Landa" ,whose initial  assignment was to convert the Mayas to Catholicism after the Spanish conquest. We too encountered such situation in the name of Jaffna public library on the night of May 31,1981.Over 95,000 unique and irreplaceable Tamil palm leaves (ola), manuscripts, parchments, books, magazines and newspapers, housed within an impressive building inspired by ancient Dravidian architecture,went up in flames like Mayan literature! & were destroyed during the burning that continued unchecked for two nights. The library was one of the largest in Asia.This event was one of the worst book burning events in the 20th century!!

Again in 1983,the state-sponsored  mobs of the Sinhalese majority,in a frenzy, obviously under the influence of alcohol ,killed about 3000 people  and property damages or loots worth over $300 million U.S.Tamils throughout the world, remember the victims of Black July ’83- Thirty four years ago, the state-sponsored pogrom against Tamils in Sri Lanka.The days between July 24 and July 30, 1983,were tragic,and unforgettable,for the Tamils.However,The May 2009 war, which killed nearly 40,000 Tamil civilians, was record high, beating the July ‘83 holocaust. For the Sri Lankan government, it is victory, but for Tamils, it is the month to reflect and remember. Now May is, to Tamils, like February is to Black people around the world.

When you speak about Genocide,We immediately remember the names of Adolf Hitler & Benito Mussolini.Because they were directly killed over hundred thousands people. However history has many evidences who were more cruel than them.One of them was Spanish Bishop  "Diego de Landa".

On July 12, 1562, at the main square of the town of Maní, just outside the Franciscan church,Spanish Bishop  "Diego de Landa" burnt several thousand objects /about 5000 'idols ' worshiped by the Maya and 27 precious folding books in Maya writing to destroy the Mayan language and culture.This one act deprived future generations of a huge body of Mayan literature in various subjects such as:their history, beliefs, astronomy, science, mathematics , cultivation .Also  Many of the so-called idols were Maya sacred books. Only three survived the fires. Scholars consider the destruction of these sacred Maya texts among the most tragic losses of accumulated human knowledge in world history.

Similarly,Sometime around 1700 BC, ancient urban civilizations of the Indus Valley,its people were attacked and destroyed by invading barbaric tribes-Aryans who were a tribe of Indo-European-speaking, horse-riding nomads.The Rig-Veda, which contains over 1,000 hymns directed to the gods includes praises, blessings, sacrifices, and Curse Against their Enemies [Tamils/Indus Valley  people],also talk about their conquest of great cities and Such theories of a violent end of the Indus valley people have been partly proved now by the discovery in Mohenjo-Daro of human remains that indicated a violent cause of death.One such example from Rig veda is given below:

"Destroy the fiend shaped like an owl or owlet, destroy him in the form of dog or cuckoo.

Destroy him shaped as eagle or as vulture as with a stone, O Indra, crush the demon." [The Rig Veda/Mandala 7/Hymn 104]

The one must note that these Mayans & Indus valley people are now assumed/proved as forefathers of,or linked with Tamils by experts & intellectuals from various parts of the world.However,We,the Tamils are still living now after passed/come across these two major genocide/atrocities by so called Indo european race.One  branch of this Indo-European language family is Indo-Iranian languages which contain most of the north Indian languages as well as Sinhala.

Let us consider Mahabharata or Vishnu purana as one more last example.Here We find Parasurama also known as the "axe-wielding Rama who is considered as the sixth incarnation of Lord Vishnu & The son of the forest-dwelling sage Jamadagni.The word Parasu means 'axe' in Sanskrit and therefore the name Parasuram means 'Ram with Axe'.

One day when sage Jamadagni had away from home,King Kartaveeryarjuna came to the hermitage with his soldiers & and forcefully carried the special cow which served all the needs of the sage for his rituals. Soon Parasurama arrived, hearing what happened from his mother Renuka ,He rushed to Kartaviryarjuna and challenged him for a battle. Parasurama  killed him & brought back the special cow home. Kartaveeryarjuna's sons got angry & came to the hermitage .As Parasurama  was away,They took revenge for the killing of their father with the life of sage Jamadagni by chopping his head. Parasurama was deeply saddened to know about the killing of his father. He thought that the entire Kshatriya (royal or ruling class) community had become arrogant beyond limit. He took an oath that he would teach them a lesson. It is said that he went around and killed all the kings whom he could find. This he did to twenty one generations of kings. It is said that five rivers of blood started as a result from that place.He alone killed very much more people than combined total people killed by mongolian king genghis khan,Adolf Hitler,Joseph Stalin,Benito Amilcare  Andrea Mussolini & Mao Zedong 

However,even after killing of twenty one generations of kings,Kshatriya community again started to grow  with one king called mulakan of surya dynasty [Suryavam(n)sham or Solar Dynasty],who escaped from Parasurama as women hide him by surrounding him.He is 8th generation prior to Lord Rama of same Solar Dynasty.

As such We can see that A racial group whose have intelligent,valour & power can not be completely destroyed at all .It will always come up again .However It is definitely a set back in the progress of the said racial group Because of this only ,every one want know:

*What did really happen?

*Why did this happen?. 

*Who were responsible?

*Who were supported/behind this atrocities /genocide

*Whom to blame/corporate accountability  for this human rights violations/International crime?

Because of these,Even Valluar who born 2000 years before said in his famous Thirukkural 548:

  "A ruler inaccessible, un probing and unjust

        Will sink and be ruined" 

The king or the ruler who gives not facile audience (to those who approach him), and who does not examine and pass judgment (on their complaints), will perish in disgrace.

What they ask is very simple.

*"Bring the truth to all"

*"Punish all culprit who involved directly or indirectly"

*"Make this as an example for all" 

So that it would not continue/repeat further any more ,any more generations such as Indus valley people,Mayans......etc?It could also stop a serial killer like Parasurama  from killing -generations by generations .Also we do not want to wait for another twenty one generations to welcome another Mulakan ,the Saviour !

"I am not able to sleep Somebody Please help me

To bury the innocent corpses within my eyes Is an impossible task for me.

I leave this to you, itself. One by one all the twenty-thousand Corpses…

Look closely the tongue of one has been sliced away

For another the breast has been sliced off

For refused to make love with notorious Army 

The corpses that come 

Every one of them Scream with questions

In the line of these corpses ,I found five thousands kids 

The voices of those Who became corpses by fighting against 'Genocide'-- 

Are destroying My sleep…
